Retrograde’s recycled and sorted product for reuse is in very high demand and is continuously being shipped to clients in Africa, Asia and beyond.
All our graded bales are double wrapped in the very best quality packaging materials, helping to ensure that our exported product arrives in as good a condition as when it was despatched.
Retrograde only use clear wrapping material, this ensures that the product can be inspected at every stage; this is beneficial to many overseas clients as it eliminates the need to split and repackage the product during transit throughout developing countries. An identifying label is also sealed within each and every bale to aid in its identification and tracking.
Photographic records are taken for every container during the loading process and everything takes place under the constant watch of CCTV at our Erith Depot, ensuring total security and client confidence. By using the latest satellite tracking technology in our vehicles, as well as marine traffic positioning and reports, we are able to track our recycled product throughout its entire journey, from point of collection, to delivery.
We ship 40’ containers globally, each loaded to capacity by our qualified and highly experienced forklift truck operators. We operate two of our own weigh-bridges, each producing an electronically printed three-part ticket to accurately record the weight of loads arriving at, and departing from, our Erith recycling plant. We have our own Operators License and are a full participating member of the Freight Transport Association. |
